• Assisting the Board of Directors in overseeing and implementing business directions, corporate strategy, corporate governance, change management, marketing and branding of the company. Currently, the company has the largest pipe-jacking operation size in Malaysia.
• Budget planning and control to achieve optimum and ideal OPEX.
• Strategic resources and procedural planning for efficient operation & process flows to achieve maximum production.
• Managing microtunnelling related supply chain and business partnerships.
• Provision of technical advices and support to engineers and operators for MARS, MTS & Bohrtec MTBMs
• Human capital development, career progression planning for engineers, operators, supervisors, etc.
• Overseeing IoT research & development, data acquisition

• Involved in the feasibility study of MRT alignments for the Government of Malaysia and tender preparations.
• Responsible for the tunnel drives from, Cochrane to Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Bandar Malaysia to Chan Sow Lin & Chan Sow Lin station to Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) station, which are 1.0km, 1.8 km and 1.6 m respectively.
• Involved TBMs' launching sequence, TBMs delivery, manpower planning, recruitment, site and plant setup, TBM operation and training.
• Control and monitoring of relevant competencies on sites.
• Review of project structuring and procurement
• Review of designs related to tunneling temporary structures
