Malta's state agency 'Infrastructure Malta' releases the pre-qualification questionnaire for the design, build, finance and operation of the Malta-Gozo tunnel. Interested parties have to file their submissions until April 9, 2020.

The document outlines the minimum requirements of the proposed tunnel like 9,000 vehicles per day with 5% heavy vehicles etc.
