It is announced completion of preliminary study for Büyük İstanbul Tüneli ("Great İstanbul Tunnel), short form "BİT". 

Büyük İstanbul Tüneli is a Triple-Deck tunnel project between the Asia and Europe sides in İstanbul, Türkiye. It has 2 motorway levels each direction one and one railway level.

The preliminary study is done by Turkish company Yüksel Proje Uluslararası A.Ş. (Yüksel Project International Corp). Yüksel Proje won the first tender in 2016. But it was cancelled when one of bidders made a mistake. Then second tender in 2017, Yüksel Proje won again with everybody bidding:

- Tecnimont Civil Construction SPA = TL 20.050.000,00   (Technical sufficiency 87,96 points)

- Italder SPA- Sınragma Srl Consortium = TL 24.760.000 (Technical sufficiency 91,27 points)

- Arcadis-Prota Mühendislik Proje Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. Consortium = TL 32.950.000 (Technical sufficiency 92,09 points)

- Yüksel Proje Uluslararası A.Ş. = TL 28.835.000,00 (Technical sufficiency 100 points)
