Sri Lanka President Gotabaya Rajapaksa instructs senior advisors at Ministry of Roads and Highways to identify traffic congestion areas investigate the possibility of constructing flyovers or tunnels and to explore the possibility of constructing a road from Wanathamulla in Dematagoda to Battaramulla which would ease congestion in Borella and Rajagiriya.
