TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - TBM

ewi are recruiting on behalf of a global contractor who are seeking a Construction Manager who is a specialist in delivering tunnelling projects with a focus on TBM, Excavation within metro and transportation for a main underground rail project in the United Kingdom.

Opportunity
Being a part of this project is an excellent opportunity to manage a major tunnelling project for a global player in the industry. The client ewi recruitment is working with has completed many award winning iconic projects. As a business they employ over 30,000 staff worldwide and have a global portfolio of projects including Tunnels, Highways, Railway, Hydro and many more.

Project
The candidate must hold a specialised knowledge in Tunnel construction with at least ten years professional experience. This experience must specifically be with EPB TBM's and other specialised tunnelling equipment. The candidate will be responsible for the methodology of the project tenders and delivery.
The candidate will begin in September and be based in the United Kingdom.

Requirements
For this role the client that ewi recruitment is working with have a minimum requirement of:
-At least ten years experience in Tunnelling Construction
-Specialised knowledge and training in Tunnel Construction
-TBM experience (EPB specific)
-Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining or related discipline
-Fluent in English
