TBM "Elisa"has achieved the breakthrough in the Serravalle tunnel on Friday the 16th. The breakthrough ceremony has been attended remotely by Minister of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility Enrico Giovannini.

The tunnel is being built by Webuild.
