Construction of Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway enter a new phase.  On August 31, "Shenwan No. 2"  Tunnel Boring Machine pass acceptance two initial check.  It bore Shenzhen-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway Shenzhen Airport to Qianhai section.

"Shenwan No. 2" is second of two slurry mud-water TBM. Diameter 9.14 meter long 123 meter. Single head tunneling of 4.5 kilometer.
