Supervision of TBM works which includes assembly, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance
To be responsible of all TBM mechanical activity works
Ensure the mechanical works is carried out in accordance with agreed process and complies with TBM specifications
Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to all plant installation
Undertake other duties as assigned (repair of TBM hydraulic and mechanical system)
Troubleshoot and report problems and resolve them in a timely manner, aware and responsible of lock-out procedures.
Ensures works are carried out in accordance with JV and safety regulations and in compliance with high quality standards
To be able to order materials/equipment and get their relevant staff to accomplish all the targets.
Able to organize and supervise his team of mechanics in day-to-day operations
Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners' Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes, and statutory requirements as they affect the company's operations and ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of Experience in similar role.
Knowledge and experience with all types of mechanical equipment related to the TBM
Experience and knowledge in mechanical systems (air, water, hydraulic etc.)
