The coastal road tunnel in Málaga, Spain is to cost 440 million euros including the VAT. 7 Companies applied to design the tunnel by the deadline of 30 December, reports El Español.

Participating companies include Arc-SENER, Ayesa, Esteyco, Tekia, Technique & Projects, TPF, WSP.
