According to Bulgaria press. the Bulgaria's government will finally sign a contract with PSVT to build 3.22 kilometer Shipka tunnel, 4 other short tunnels and some road building.

PSVT is consortium of Bulgarian companies Patni Stroezhi-Veliko Tarnovo, Hydrostroy,  Patinzheneringstroy-T Consortium. PSVT won tender in 2020 with 183 million euro. Company wa working for a technical offer since.

Hope is next year construction begin.
