Overall project management, cost control over Geotechnical field activities on day to day basis by proper planning and giving technical support to field activities, reviewing Geotechnical Investigation Reports submitted by agencies, analyzing the termination criteria’s based on calibration data, technically support to establishing rock anchors, rock bolts on excavated surfaces, monitoring controlled excavations on daily basis, advising temporary dewatering system during construction without hampering work front, installation of geotechnical instrumentations related to ground settlement, building settlement, pavement settlement, pile tilting, load cells, vibration monitoring, 3D targets to monitor tilting of tall structures on either side of excavated area, reviewing geotechnical instrumentation reports on daily basis, control all Geotechnical activities technically within the control estimation, optimization of foundation structures, co- ordination with client and taking approval from them if required, giving complete Geotechnical support to all construction activities in all aspects |
Proficiency in Geotechnical Instrumentation like SPBX, MPBX, Load cell, Piezometer, data interpretation. |
Geological mapping of different project components. |
Maintaining records of Geotechnical Design/Construction Drawings of the entire project. |
Knowledge on TBM Tunneling / NATM / Grouting techniques (Jet, Consolidation & Contact Grouting) and the importance's of Geotechnical works, which is involved in the Hydel and Tunnel sectors. |
Documentation of geological data base as per IMS & ISO guideline. |
Detailed survey required for design of the tunnel. |
Investigation & Construction of, Underground Tunnel, Caverns, Dam, and Road, Bridge by Drill Core logging, RQD logging, ERT & Permeability test, Sampling and Lab test. Providing Geological input’s for significant Design. |
