In the future, Seoul will construct underground roadways and parking spaces underground to reduce congestion.

As first step, Seoul City Council will conduct basic initiatives on the development of basic design and feasibility review  for the construction of the underground road of Dogok-ro (Hanti Station-Daechi-dong) and Eonju-ro (Chosun Pelice-Kowloon Tunnel.
