Indian official Rugved Thakur, had said according to the construction company it was a “routine happening” while construction activity is taking place.

This is the terrifying moment a tunnel collapses over a group of construction workers who film debris falling from the roof unaware of the impending danger.  

The incident happened yesterday in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, northern India as works were taking place on the Chandigarh-Manali Highway.
