Jinheung Enterprise and HL D&I consortium won  50.3 billion won contract. Much of work is tunneling. It comprise of 9060m of tunnel will see construction via Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) method. 42m of tunnel will see construction via New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM) and 5 shafts.
