Turkey Halkali -ISPARTAKULE high -speed railway project is divided into two left and right shield digging intervals. It uses two earth pressure balance shield machines with a diameter of 8.54 meters in diameter. Essence The geology of the tunnel is mainly clay, powder sand, sandstone, arges, clay rocks, and mud rocks. It crosses Küçükçekmece along the way and the Istanbul canal that is planned to be built.

In response to complex geological characteristics and customer needs, China Railway Equipment tailored two earth pressure shield machines "China Railway 1148" and "China Railway 1149" for customers with a diameter of 8.54 meters. The "China Railway 1148", which is running on the right, has a total length of 135 meters and a total weight of about 1,800 tons. In the early design, the China Railway Equipment Design Team fully considered the needs of the on -site operation. By improving equipment maintenance and operating space, it provided a more spacious and humanized operating environment for the operator. At the same time, the equipment also strictly follows the EU CE certification standards, and has high reliability and security, providing a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project. At present, its twin brothers "China Railway 1149" is being trained in the left -line tunnel, and it is expected to realize the project through the project in early 2025.

As one of Turkey's important railway infrastructure, this project will closely connect Turkey and the European railway transportation network together to become an important part of the Asian -Europe Railway Corridor. After the project is completed, the running time between Halkali and iSpartakule will be shortened from 8 hours to 3.5 hours, and the running time of the passenger car will be shortened from 3.5 hours to 1 hour and 35 minutes. The railway capacity increases by 4 times. In addition, the project will also connect a number of ports such as the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea to strengthen economic connections and trade between regions and inject new vitality into the economic development of Turkey and the entire railway.
