Mowcow mayor Sobyanin announce excavation of a new tunnel for the Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya metro line has begun. This new metro line will connect two important business centers, namely Moscow City and Siber City. This line will also have connections to the Central Circle as well as the BCL (Big Circle Line).

Sobyanin wrote on his Telegram channel on Friday: "The excavation of the right tunnel of the Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya metro line has begun. It will be carried out by the Victoria tunnel boring machine, which will have to go over two kilometers. The shield should go about 2.3 kilometers, including about 200 meters under the Moskva River,"
