We are seeking expressions of interest for Tunnelling Foreman and Shift Bosses to join our team and build their careers across Australia and South East Asia.  
 
The role will incorporate a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Planning and delivering work on time and within budget with an absolute appreciation for safety being paramount.
- Management of compliance with respect to quality, safety and environmental matters
- Oversee daily operation of workforce including plant operators and equipment and ensure that the production targets are achieved in a safe manner
- Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew and identify production and safety improvements.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness in management and tracking of costs i.e. materials, plant, equipment.
- To be considered you will have a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role delivering major underground infrastructure projects. TBM experience is essential;
- Proven supervisory experience in underground mechanized mining production with TBM’s, leading crews through TBM build, excavation and back end works.
- Demonstrated planning and forecasting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and management skills, able to liaise with Engineers and specialist suppliers/contractors.
- An absolute appreciation for safe working with no exceptions.
