Our main focus is real-time measurement and analysis of respirable dust - that's dust you breathe in and absorb into the blood stream, the dust that causes harm, often permanently and often leading on to life-changing or life-threatening diseases. 

So we take our equipment to site, set up background monitors, set up personal exposure monitors, and simply let them do their work. Pre-set alarms mean that if exposure concentrations exceed agreed limits, the monitors go into instant alarm. Monitors can be connected to our cloud-based network and concentration levels observed remotely in real-time.

At the end of the shift we have the facility to analyse samples collected in the monitors by FTIR, which gives a near instant report on silica levels present. Further to this, we download the data and submit our report to you giving you vital information about air quality across the site and, in particular, amongst the personnel.

But we don't leave it at that. We have solutions, we advise on control measures, then once the appropriate measures are implemented, we conduct the monitoring again so you and your workers can see the benefits.
