TS G60 is a high-performance tail seal grease for shielded tunnel boring machines (TBM). It is specifically designed to work with wire brushes to form an impermeable barrier against all ingress of groundwater, soils, and backfill grouts.
TS G60 is supplied in 260 kg metal drums. It is suitable for the standard press plate pumping system installed in TBMs.
ADVANTAGES
TS G60 offers many advantages such as:
⯁ Excellent resistance to water
⯁ Anti-washout
⯁ Excellent malleability
⯁ Excellent adhesion to any surface (metal and tunnel segments)
⯁ Cohesion to itself
⯁ Lower consumption
TS G60 rheology has been adapted in order to be able to pump the product over a wide range of temperature, so as to ensure a perfect filling of the chambers.

TS GFF is a high-performance tail-seal grease specifically designed for the first filling of tail-seal brushes on tunnel boring machines. Injected and filled between the wire brushes and the shield prior to initial excavation, it remains adhered to the wire brushes throughout the entire tunnelling process, providing maximum protection for the brushes.
TS GFF is supplied in 260 kg metal drums. It is suitable for the standard press plate pumping system installed in TBMs.
ADVANTAGES
TS GFF offers many advantages such as:
TS GFF exhibits exceptional viscosity while maintaining its pumpability. When utilized in conjunction with HERSHENG TS GFF pumping equipment, it ensures the perfect filling for tail-seal brushes.
TS GFF is fully compatible with HERSHENG TS G60. When used together, they ensure long-lasting sealing and protection throughout the consultation period, preventing leakage incidents.
-----------
TS MBG is a high-performance grease designed for protecting the main bearing of tunnel boring machines (TBMs). It is specifically formulated for the lip seals of the cutterhead drive main bearing, preventing the intrusion of groundwater, slurry, and impurities into the equipment.
TS MBG is compatible with greases such as EP and EP2.
TS MBG is available in 220 kg metal drums. It is suitable for use with standard pumping systems in TBMs. Other packaging options may be provided upon request.
