Governor Cuomo adds of whopping $175 billion to the 5-year plan introduced in 2016 with $100 billion of projects. $87 billion of this additional $175 billion is for transportation with bridges and tunnels. A $11 billion Gateway Tunnel replacement between New York and New Jersey is part of the plan.
