#Transurban CEO is now blaming the 'evolving' EPA rules for the West Gate Tunnel construction drama. Is Scott Charlton trying to appease the contractors by trying to convince the public opinon that they be paid the money they are demanding?
Obviously both the Transurban and the contractors knew about the contaminated soil long before the start of the project.
'Toll road giant Transurban has blamed "evolving" environmental rules for delays on the $6.7 billion West Gate Tunnel project, despite the company being warned three years ago it was likely restrictions on PFAS contaminants would be increased.'
