HS2: Boris Johnson should ditch HS2 and build quicker Elon Musk hyperloop – expert
The expert in question is 'Daniel Carbonell, technical director of HYP-ED, a student team based at the University of Edinburgh' and he does believe that the "British Government has still missed a trick".
He believes Boris Johnson should have gone instead for a hyperloop network, instead of the High Speed 2 high speed train project.
