My colleague sent me these links. A Kazakh company (Basiz https://en.bazis.kz/) gets the contract to build a tunnel in Kazakhistan. Trouble is this company is a housing development company. They build condos.

However it is a short tunnel (570m),  I still think tunnelling is a specialized work...
