MnDOT spending $1 billion on 2020 road projects. Some are tunnels
Minnesota Department of Transportation has less ambitious construction schedule in 2020 because of the COVID-19. MnDOT's spending will be around $1 billion this year. It includes tunnel excavation at Hwy 62 in Minnetonka and the Kenilworth Tunnel in Minneapolis.
