Just a few months ago, Premier Gladys Berejiklian's (lack of) management skills had reflected in the huge Sydney Metro cost blowout. This time it is the Western Harbour Tunnel, the proposed 6.5 kilometre twin tube road tunnel to link the WestConnex toll road to North Sydney.
In the words of The Sydney Morning Herald, The Port Authority of NSW (New South Wales) warns that the amount of highly contaminated sludge dredged from Sydney Harbour for the multibillion-dollar road tunnel 'Western Harbour Tunnel' and barged to White Bay in the city's inner west could be "more significant" than predicted.
Seems another Gladys Berejiklian disaster in the making.
