Millie the TBM – named after Victoria’s first female MP Millie Peacock – bores the first 1.7 kilometre tunnel between Anzac Station and the Metro Tunnel’s eastern entrance at South Yarra.
The 4th TBM Alice is on the ground but not expected to start boring until a few weeks.
