Kazan starts construction of second metro tunnel with TBM
On 23 April 2020, Kazan launches the first tunnel boring machine for city's second metro line. Kazan is the captial city of Tatarstan. Tatarstan is in Russia. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was there.
City-owned project company Kazmetrostroy JSC is building the 5·4 km first phase of Line 2.
