Gurgaon-based APCO Infratech has won the contract for the strategic 6,5km long Z-morh tunnel in Jammu & Kashmir. The Rs 2,378-crore project was initially awarded to the Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) but stopped for a year. Then state National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) terminated IL&FS’ contract and opened a new tender in June 2019.
