Tallinn may build a tunnel under the airport as part of the new ring road
Tallinn city government rejected the plans for a ring road behind the airport, saying it "because of psychological reasons" it would lower the ring road use by 40%. Now instead, there are early plans for taking part of the ring road underground. A tunnel under the airport is being discussed.
