The Bhubu Jot tunnel between Jogindernagar in Mandi district and Kullu through the Lug valley is on the paper only despite the first initiative was taken in 2009. There was even a tender for the feasibility study and detailed project plan awarded to an Austria company in 2011. But since then, almost nothing happened for the 3.2 kilometer tunnel.
