Macau Light Rapid Transit system's eastern line will partly be built underground, the government announced yesterday, write Hong Kong Standard.

The 2.4 kilometer of tunnel (of the whole 7.65 kilometers line) will be built with Tunnel Boring Machine tunnelling method.
