El Mundo writes that Basque Government has informed the Madrid government over its plans on how to use the solidarity fund of the European Union to stimulate the economy post Covid-19.

Other than projects like opening up a new Guggenheim museum, Basque government want also to build a tunnel under the Ría del Nervión (expected cost: 403 million) and expanding the Bilbao South Bypass (expected cost: 187 million).
