NSW shows off Sydney's costly NorthConnex tunnel
Sydney's delayed and over-the-budget NorthConnex tunnel has been presented to the press and others by the NSW government.
The 9km-long tunnel cost $3 billion to taxpayers.
Transurban this time blames the COVID-19 for the delays on NorthConnex.
As a record, Sydney's NorthConnex was already delayed and over-the-budget even before the coronavirus.
Sydney’s $3 billion mega-project, NorthConnex, set to be open to drivers from Saturday 31 October.
