This came up from a friend. Chairman of Board of Herrenknecht, Martin Herrenknecht has  gave a presentation at a inter-governmental trade relations meeting in Germany with Kazakhstan.

I could not get if Herrenknecht actually got any concrete business deals. Some general agreement "memorandum" has been signed between the countries for "over $ 160 million for the implementation of investment projects in the agricultural machinery and healthcare sectors".
