Construction of railway ting will start in 2025 for Russia's second biggest city St Petersburg. The ring is a tunnel between the Baltic and Finlyandsky railway stations. Pre-design, conceptual work will take place in 2021-2022 and design in 2024. It will have several metro and railway projects. It will commute 400.000 people a day.
