Albanian minister of infrastructure and energy Belinda Balluku announced tender for Llogara tunnel. Estimated value for contract is €155 million for this 6km tunnel. Deadline for bids is 12 February 2021.

This tender follows earlier design tender for this tunnel in September. Link writes a long string of companies. I did not understand. Is it the list of companies who bid? Is it a consortium of so many companies? Is it one company with long name?
