Suwon City Council set up special committee for tunnel construction
Suwon City Council in Korea set up special committee to prepare for tunnel construction. A 7.7km long tunnel construction will be made in 2027. The purpose of the special committee is to promote the tunnel and handle any civil complaints.
Suwon City Council formed a special committee for promotion of construction of a deep underground tunnel crossing the downtown Suwon area. A total of 12 members were appointed as members of the committee, including Jang Jeong-hee, Light Ja, Choi Young-ok, Choi Chan-min, and Han Won-chan.
Name of special committee was changed to the “Suwon City Special Committee for High Depth Response”.
