Transport for London (TfL) has reached an out-of-court settlement with the Silver Thames Connect (STC) group, following a legal complaint over the procurement process for the construction of the Silvertown Tunnel.
According to The Telegraph, the financial settlement has cost TfL for more than £10M. TfL did not disclose the amount.
The Telegraph was the first to report it on 28 May.
