BNAmericas reports that at the 93bn-peso (US$4.7bn) Mexico City-Toluca interurban rail link, three key stations in the capital are yet to be awarded although the the project is to be completed by 2023 in the plans.  The progress rate in other parts not bad. Tunnels including a 4.7km one already completed.
