The start of construction of the second tunnel of the Zolotaya Niva metro station in Novosibirsk is being held back by Glavgosexpertiza source Precedent reports.

The plans for the left-hand running tunnel (526 meters) between the Zolotaya Niva and Berezovaya Roshcha metro stations being adjusted at the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia after many feedback and to update to current technology. Original dedign documents are from 2010. Right hand tunnel already built some years ago but without second tunnel there is no optiumum operation.
