Job Description
Mott MacDonald is looking for a Tunnel inspector to support QA/QC of a TBM tunnel for one of our clients located in Carson, CA.

Responsibilities will include the following:
Working in an 18 ft diameter tunnel on Slurry TBM as well as post tensioning of segmental rings .
Working multiple shifts with some overtime and Saturday work may be required.
Observe, monitor and documentation of TBM mining and ring build as well as post tensioning of tunnel pre-cast concrete segmental lining operations.
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection of TBM tunneling with precast concrete segmental lining with related inspection or testing of concrete or steel related to civil projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with precast concrete and/or post tensioning with cables is preferred
Certifications in concrete testing, steel or post tensioning is a plus
