The Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) Tetsuo Saito signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to strengthen Japan and the Philippines' cooperation on construction, operation and maintenance of road tunnels and related facilities.
