More fiascos for Karnaphuli tunnel.  On top of previous delays and the projection that on both hands of the tunnel there is potential for traffic bottlenecks not addressed in the plan.

Now additional 6 months of delay announced.

China Communication Construction Company (CCCC) is constructing the tunnel.
