PT Kereta Api Indonesia China (KCIC) hit problems in the construction of Tunnel #2 on the Jakarta Bandung Fast Train (KCJB) project. Problem area is clay shale/rock.

To solve problems KCIC brought 33 experts from China. They will work together with tunnel experts from ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung).  With ITB participation technology transfer of Chinese experts to KCJB workers will be maximized say KCIC President Director Dwiyana Slamet Riyadi reportedly to Liputan 6 publication.
