PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China or KCIC struggle with problems in construction of tunnel 2. There are 13 tunnels in project.

KCIC bring in 33 tunnel experts from China to solve this problem and Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB)  experts to learn.
