Larsen & Toubro and J Kumar Infraprojects come up as the lowest bitters for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's Delhi Metro Phase IV tenders. This is re-run of the December biddings. Then Afro Infra and Tata had offered the lowest bids, but all parties have been asked to bid again. Reportedly, also this time L&T and J Kumar prices are still well above the expected prices of DMRCL. Therefore it is not a done deal yet.
