Construction of 15 new roads as part of the Strategic Road Development Program (SRDP) have been proposed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).

One of the proposals is a tunnel at Khajaguda with an administrative sanction of Rs 1,080 crore.
