EKorea Ekonomic Daily write China's Tunnel Boring Companies are winning contracts in Korean Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) market. Korean companies CRCHI and CREG winning orders in Korea. In tradition European and USA companies dominate and also Japanese companies.

China Railway Construction Heavy Industries (CRCHI) get contract to sell 9m diameter gripper TBM to build construction of a 14.3km Misiryeong tunnel  in A section of Dongseo High-speed Railway (93.7 km). Very important contract. 

CRCHI has developed internationally and has 13 overseas branches in Korea, Singapore, Australia and alson Europe like Turkey and Russia.

Also another Chinese TBm manufacurer company CREG beat German and Japan companies to win TBM contract for Incheon Metro Line 1 Geomdan Extension Line and the Chungju Electricity District Corporation.
