Turkish Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) producing company E-BERK has announced first order for Europe. The informal announcement has been made by E-BERK executive Özgür Savaş Özüdoğru during an interview with a journalist. Özüdoğru said that in the past, the first export of his company was to an African country. In between E-BERK produced TBMs for the domestic market and had not yet exported to Europe.

The machine for undisclosed European country will be delivered in 2023. Özüdoğru said E-BERK is also active in renovating TBMs which lowers the costs of TBM tunnelling.
