Feds add $3.8 billion to Gateway tunnel project, which will cut NJ's share of the cost
"Nearly $4 billion in additional federal funding will be infused into the $16.1 billion Gateway tunnels project, ....federal officials announced Friday. "
This means NJ & NYC will spend less.
